 About this course:

While diesel engine is rotating and burning the fuel to generate the required mechanical power on the shaft it generates heat. This heat has to be dissipated. It requires lubrication of its internal components while sliding and rolling on each other. It requires a system to route out the exhaust gases resulting from the combustion. The engine requires a system to deliver the fuel to its cylinders. All what we mentioned requires auxiliary systems attached to the diesel engine and integrated with the diesel engine block to take care of all these functions. This two days course discusses the auxiliary systems of the diesel engine, which help the engine do its function properly.
