Instruction fee is refundable if we receive written notification (via mail or e-mail) of cancellation on or before seven business days prior to the class less 10% administration charges.
Full amount will be charged if a confirmed registration was received by NEC and was cancelled less than 7 business days prior to the course starting date. Cancellations made less than seven business days prior to class will not be refunded and full payment will be due, in this case you can attend the next training course or send a substitute. If a training course cannot take place as scheduled due to circumstances beyond NEC control, we will issue a full refund for the amount that we have received.
